i hear that there is a garage somewhere in midtown manhattan that has parking spaces for sale.

1) is this true?

2) how much is this going for??

i believe that this is true but i do not know exactly where the location of this parking garage may be. My guess would that it would be in midtown manhattan somewhere but i could see it being in lower manhattan where there many residents that fight for spots daily. the asking price from what i remember was 220 or 225 K for a spot....INSANE!
