SoHo, the Village, Central Park West, and the Upper East Side tend to be locales where many celebrities maintain residences. Many like NYC because of the anonymity, since New Yorkers generally don't notice or go out of their way to recognize a celebrity as they do in other areas of the country.

according to that gawker stalker, Jeremy Piven was at Souen on 13th last night. He was with a very evenly tanned blonde woman. They sat down to eat but then thought better of it and got something to take out.

how cool would it have been to see jeremy piven on the night of the season premiere of Entourage.
