Default greek joint/seafood on woodhaven

Actually, we were suppposed to go but my sister in law screwed up the arrangements, so we left my family group in the parking lot.
We went to London Lennies on woodhaven BLVD. In queens. This place, to me, is the perfect seafood restaurant, not a joint. Every dish on the menu is good. The restaurant has a fresh scent about it. The waitstaff is very nice and freindly and were all having fun with my 19 month old son mikey, taking him to the lobster tank and taking out live lobsters for him to touch.
My Martini was painfully dry.
My linguini w/ clam sauce was fresh and great. My wifes chicken something or other was terrific, my sister in laws ceasar salad was great. It is very expensive. I leave that up to you to decide if it's a factor. Please, everyone, try it.

It seemed all the pretty waitresses had tattoos on their shoulders. Vintage music played all night. The candles lit the table perfectly. Beauty’s burger platter was toooo much (how cool is that?). My veggie ravioli was perfect and I think the waitress heard that we would split a Caeser salad, cause it was perfect for two people. In short we loved it all.

Sounds like a cool place! What are the prices llike there? Was it very expensive or moderatley priced or cheap?

That is cool that the owner Richard sat you.

Insider Tips
When to Go
Sunday, 6pm-10pm, guest chef Ingrid Roettele throws a fondue party. Grab a friend (two-person minimum) and dip into cheese and chocolate fondues.

Know Before You Go
Every few weeks, Marion's hosts a fashion brunch featuring groovy local designers. Included for $17.95 is a fashion show, a cocktail and brunch.

The Extras
Look out for the month-long tribute to the classic Tiki Kahiki Lounge come mid-July.
Russel did you ever go on Sunday night for the fondue special??

no, I never went,
I'm in a weird position.
I love to go out to dinner or hang in the east village, always have.
but I own a business, have an infant son, have a crazy family, married to a Lucy Ricardo/Gracie Allen act alike contest winner, and so my time is limited.
So i try to get to as many different places as I can.
But, I would love to be a regular anywhere.
