so i forgot to mention that i went to visit the building and i thought it was gorgeous!!

they have a beautiful outdoor lounge area on i believe the 23rd or 24th floor, where you can get a PERFECT view of the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel Traffic. they have a pool table and library in the back of the lobby with nice flat screen tv's and couches as well as leather chairs.

i def thought the building had some nice ammenities....the only downside for me is that it is literally a block away from a place called the "PussyCat Lounge" which is as you can tell from the name, a stripclub!

I have heard rumors that prostitution is big in the area because of that place. All this of course attracts trashy people. i do not feel comfy walking back from a bar at night alone when you have these "types" of people a block away from my apartment. So beware to any girl lookin to buy or rent here!!
