Default Waterfalls coming to NYC

Suspected by late June, nyc will have 4 waterfalls underneath bridges that will supposedly attract tourism and protect the aquatic environment in the east river. The waterfalls throughout the East River should be quit an enjoyable view for those that take the ferry. Hopefully no lunatics will start thinking about jumping down the falls, although in nyc that wouldnt surprise me at all.

i agree with the uniquness ... but i believe the steel construction standing on the rivers edge looks semi-retarded
