ya those waterfalls are far from art ... dont get me wrong they are nice and somewhat refreshing to look at especially on a hot day.

the waterfalls are being cut back from 100 hours to 50 hours a week. The hours were cut due to complaints that salty sea mist was destroying plant life along the Brooklyn Promenade.

i thought they were going to cut back on the waterfalls anyways being summer is nearing an end

i knew there were more cons about this project other then the simple fact that they look ugly
