Found a decent price apartment in the lower east side for under 800 K. As Netseekers.com puts it, its a "sunsplashed 2 bedroom corner apartment in the LES". I may go take a look at this. I am just wondering if its a co-op or condo.

its a co-op it says on the listing you quoted
