I;m lookin for a manhattan apartment. Im not sure if I want to buy or rent.
I think I am going to need chose a broker to help me with this decision. I am debating between Corcoran, Citi-Habitats or Mark David. Mark David has the most apartments for rent.. Has anyone heard of them? Any recommendations? |

You're such a spammer
Ya see, the thing with spamming is that you should be happy when your posts just get deleted. The worst thing that could happen to a spammer is that they are publically called out as such. Gives their company such a bad rep, don't ya think? |

spam , gosh no.
i am looking for an apartment, but am not sure if I want to live in Tribeca or Soho. Renting an apartment in NYC is expensive. Last edited by PaullyInNYC : 03-28-2006 at 02:26 PM. |

There are tons of websites out there that list rental apartments in manhattan. The most popular is probably craigslist. But there are sooo many.
