The building which was first declared "pre-war" according to its website or PR person was only designed pre war. This happens to be a gorgeous building consisting of 8500 square foot apartments, one per each floor! Although I could never afford it, it sure happens to be in a nice quiet neighborhood on a tree lined street. The new residence was built on the corner of 86th street and west end avenue (by Extell) and can not be ignored due to its massive elegance.
It happens to be in an ideal locating near Riverside Park and only one block from Broadway. If you have $14 Million then give it a look if there are any more available apartments! |

West End Av (Upper West Side) in the 80's is a quiet jewish area, ironically across the street from 535 is St. Paul and St. Andrews Church. Either way its a great location and a family oriented neighborhood. Check out 535 West End for the three listings they have available.
