One Brooklyn Bridge Park
To date this building is now 3 years from its opening date and there are still vacancies available. I heard from others that the apartments on the BQE side of the building dont have necessarily great views. I am not sure how many apartments are still available but I know there are about 450 condos in the complex.

no joke this building is literally right on the BQE ... you can almost drive by when your heading westward and touch the building! its that close
