I am shocked the ny giants have made it this far. Eli in my opinion still has a lot to prove. He played an average game against the Cowboys, it was more the NY Giants defense and running game that helped them win that game. I cant wait to see how the New York Giants perform at Lambau Field in Green Bay.

i am a giants fan but realistically the giants are not going to win this game in Green Bay. Eli will not be able to throw the ball in the cold weather that will surely exist at 630 pm. On the other hand brett farve has experience and a strong arm to get through the wind and cold. I think Green Bay will be able to run up the score a bit, and the NY Giants offense will be pretty stagnant.

remember the first time these two teams played the giants got beat. Reason why is because the packers used a spread formation with 4 or 5 wide receivers and farve was able to find the cutting receiver.
Also i dont think brandon jacobs is 100% healthy. i guess we'll just have to wait and see though. |

As for the new york giants they have a solid defensive line with strahan leading the way. BUT there LB's and the defensive backs could easily get burned. |

So between these two teams...who has a better shot at beating the Patriots??
My opinion is the new york giants. I know brett farve is a better QB then Eli Manning but the Giants have more weapons. They have a solid receiving corp and good running backs and their defense did beat the Philly Eagles up badly recording a record setting 12 or 15 sacks of which ONE NY GIANT player alone had 7 sacks!! |

Yes exactly that was against the Eagles who happened to be WITHOUT brian westbrook that day and one of their starting offensive lineman was out with injury. Look the giants have a good defense but i think that the packers have a better shot at taking out the patriots. Again we'll have to wait and see till sunday. |

yea lawerence tynes should be thankful he had a chance to redeem himself...i cant believe he missed the field goal from the 20 yard line with 5 seconds to go in the 4th. I really didnt think he was gonna make the 47 yard FG but WOW!!!
