Default Jamie Langenbrunner = Captain Devil

By the way last night against Boston Jamie Langenbrunner had the "C" stichted onto his jersey. As much as i am a fan of his i dont believe he deserves to be captain. Guys like Madden and Pando should be considered first before him.

I am kinda disappointed that Elias was not given the C back. He turned down a NY Rangers offer to stay here and has been with this team for a long time since his A Line days when the Devils won their second stanley cup against Dallas. He also clearly is the most skilled player on the Devils, i would even consider him prob 10 top in the NHL despite his lack of point production. He does so many other things. Its ashamed. I am glad he played his heart out last night to prove some pple wrong!

I am not disappointed, jamie langs has been playing great hockey as of late. Last night we beat the Fliers 4-2 and jamie had a beautiful assist to John Madden on the short handed goal. It was a delay of a pass where Madded whistled it past the Fliers goalie. Langs has been playing off the charts as of late. Congrats to him on the 'C'.
