This one bedroom apartment listed under corcoran has recently been placed on the market. The asking price is 895 K with a monthly maintenance of 1529 a month. That sounds very expensive to me but the photos of the apartment look nice.

The cross streets are 2nd and 3rd avenue.

I dont know about this apartment. Not so sure I like it! Is it a co-op or condo?

And what about building amenities like roof deck or doorman?

There is a doorman and it is a co-op. Not sure about the roof deck though.
