Josef Vasicek
This was probably the best most under rated pickup for the NY Islanders. Hes a big guy and once he learns how to use his size as he is now he will become a great player. He has great hands and plays the boards very well, similar to NJ Devils Danis Zubrus. It's good to see him be successful and i think it's great that he's trying to bounce his career back. Let's hope that he lives up to his original potential!

I think he is much faster then Dani Zubrus but yea Vasicek is GREAT against the boards.

Vasicek scored a huge and timely goal last night against the Ottawa Senators. It was a great goal to! He took the puck out of mid air and slapt it past Ray Emery. That got the NY Islanders going!
