here is a site that has apartments available. check out the site and call the number for more details. from what i heard the 1 bedroom apartments are around 700 to 900k.

wow ... paul this is a gorgeous building...still is too expensive but i guess for nyc these prices arent that bad especially for the location... when is the building complete ... any idea?
