NY Islanders beat NY Rangers
The new york islanders continue to impress. Beating the New York Rangers last night 3-2. The Islanders are on a 3 game winning streak and they next play the division rival new jersey devils.

The New York Islander won again last night 2-1 over the New York Rangers. It was the third game between the two teams and the NY Islanders are 3-0. Are people shocked at this New York Islanders team? I sure am. I thought they would have a poor season and was expecting them to be on the bottom of the Atlantic Division. Last night Stan Fishler said he does not believe they are over achieving instead he insisted they are actually as good as you see. The Islanders look like they may be a force to reckon with and it seems as for now at least they will most likely be a playoff bound team.

Here is a recap of the Islanders versus NY Rangers game.
It was really annoying that the new york islanders iced the puck like 7 times within a 5 minute span. But maybe that was strategy to slow down the pace of the game. |
