Heavy Rainfall on November 8th....
the heavy rainfall yesterday has left random flooding throughout the new york tri state area. There was heavy floodings in part of new jersey near the Holland Tunnel. This morning I was on the west side highway and came to a halting stop due to a lake formation of insane amounts of water. The overflow of water caused heavy traffic this morning which I luckily snuck out of..
