I am new to this forum and also new to new york city. I am looking to purchase an apartment in nyc but dont know too much about all the neighborhoods. Can anyone tell me what are some of the nicest locations to invest? Thanks.

chelsea west village soho upper east/west side greenich village tribeca are just some to name. but those are all expensive areas. i noticed cheaper apartments in the lower east side area and chinatown. Chinatown if you can deal with the atroucious smell of fish. ![]() But all the others i listed above are very expensive places to live in manhattan depending on your square footage. |
