StreetEasy reported that "Owners may occupy a unit for a maximum of 120 days per calendar year and not for more than 29 out of 36 days consecutively." The views from this condo hotel will be sureal; with views of the Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, and the Hudson River. Building amenities will include BLT Soho and a pool deck with cabanas. It will be the only Hotel Condo in New York's fashionable Soho neighborhood.

i dont believe this building is done yet though...do you know when completion date for this building is. I feel like this building will stand out in Soho; there are not to many high rise buildings in that area.

Who would wanna buy a place when they are limited to living there for only 120 days per calendar year?? That seems absurd and because its a TRUMP hotel condo, im sure he will charge an extra $1000 per square foot.

Very rich people who have homes in the Hamptons and want to spend the summer there and escape the city. I mean im sure your right about the extra $1000 per square foot but I bet people will still buy there.

i highly doubt it but who knows...check out the funny comments on Curbed and what people are saying about Trumps personality and how Trump reacted to the protesters who feel this building is in violation of zoning rights.

haha yea seriously whenever im driving back to jersey through the holland tunnel (and of course im always stuck in traffic) at least i know the pple that buy in Trump Soho will have excellent views of the top my car!
