The cost is around 6 Million. Meanwhile his former NY Giants teams yesterday won their first game of the season against rival Washington Redskins. Surprised he didnt bash Eli Manning AGAIN for his sub par first half performance.

New York Ranger addition center Scott Gomez and former 2 time winnning Stanley Cup champ of the NJ Devils has bought a duplex in the Chelsea Mercantile aka building with the whole foods in it.

Scott Gomez bought an apartment for 3.2 Million dollars. Its a duplex apartment with a 31-32 foot terrace, with amazing views of the Hudson River and New Jersey (so he can glimpse back into time when he won his 2 stanley cups) . According to the New York Observer he took out a $2.24 Million mortgage on the over 2,000 square foot apartment. Whats kind of ironic is that Gomez who has had television roles and has mentioned his interest in acting, will be living in the same building as President of HBO Documentary Films, Sheila Nevins.

I am not 100% on this but I believe Eli Manning lives in Hoboken as well. Not sure if its in the Tea Building

yea i remember hearing from several pple living in hoboken that A-Rod does indeed reside there. I dont think it was just for investment purposes. He decided to be out of the Manhattan spot light and away from the paparazzi. He is also not too far from Yankee Stadium. He moved in about a month ago, so it is pretty recent.
