And now that Bloombergs Congestion plan went down the drain, here comes his ploy for Solar Power

I think he def feels the need to make a strong statement now that he has been shut down with the congestion tax plan

Is this surprising? New York State is having a budget crisis, just like everyone else, and they're looking at anything and everything that can bring in some much needed revenue.

yea but you should never punish working people that pay a lot in taxes already
