An announcement will be made in Washington today by the federal transportation secretary. $1.1 billion in federal money aimed at fighting gridlock by reducing traffic and increasing mass transit amongst commuters into and out of the city.

I like how you say "environmentally friendly" .... thats such a load of BS .... its all about the MONEY .... you really think he gives a rats ass about the environment ! I hate bloomberg for this. After 9/11 people were scared of coming to town that even Broadway was offering half priced tickets! Now you wanna tax people to come in...in my opinion your just chasing more people out. What a putz!
