Underground scene in NYC?
Where can i find a underground clubs in nyc wheres preformed hc , metal and punk concerts , can u recommend some of top 5 clubs to go and enjoy live music and good athmosfere.?

What exactly is "underground"?
There are plenty of "hardcore", metal and punk bands who might not fight the bill for some. List some bands you're into. |

I mean the places where is live concerts like in every other city, im into NYHC and i wonder where bands like sick of it all , madball , biohazard , agnostic front... etc.. are playing in NYC, and many other smaller bands ( when they are not on tour )... i know about the famous CBGB but i hurd that place is closed...?

You should definitley check out the Knitting Factory. It's located at 74 Leonard Street... By the way, they have been talking about CBGB closing down but it's still open..
