down in Connecticut today.
NEW YORK (AP) The Christmas tree that will be displayed at Rockefeller Center will be cut down today in Ridgefield, Connecticut. The 9-ton tree stands 88 feet and is 45 feet in diameter. The tree will be set on a 115-foot-long trailer and hauled to Manhattan on a flatbed truck. Workers will begin to erect the tree at Rockefeller Plaza Friday morning. Woohoo....the holidays are coming = more time off from work ![]() |
