If you're looking for some good southern BBQ style food with a great atmosphere and service- you should check out Southern Hospitality. It's located on the Upper East Side near 76th St.
My girlfriends and I went there this past weekend for the first time and it was really cool-- the food was really great- especially the fried pickles and ribs, the drinks were tasty and there were at least 8-10 different beers on tap, and the service was excellent! I'm a bartender myself, and I was really impressed at how friendly and efficient everyone was! The music was pretty good, and there were a lot of TV's. It's kinda a sports bar meets southern home cookin! You can't really go wrong with BBQ, beer, and baseball!!!

I will definitely be back for round 2 at Southern Hospitality!!
