Congestion Tax
The plans to employ a tax for having a car in manhattan is in the works. London already has such a law for certain specific areas. The tax is based on on how long your in a certain neighborhood or borough. This same strategy is being looked into being inserted into the borough of manhattan. Kind of a pain for those bridge and tunnel people that come in on a daily basis.
