Mostly for setting -- the patio is incomparably beautiful, nestled among old trees on a promontory. The restaurant building is a lovely old slate-roofed stone house.
Unfortunately the food didn't quite live up to the scene and the staff was too easily overwhelmed. Price of dishes are around 25 to 35 dollars. It boasts jaw-dropping views of the Hudson River (& GW Bridge) and has a cozy, cottage-y feel. If the food were good I would totally recommend taking a date there. |
