Lenny Kravitz Pad on market
Lenny Kravitz has his penthouse apartment for sale. Located on 30 Crosby in the fancy Soho district, his apartment is supposedly going for 19.5 Million. i heard it was originally first listed for like 13 million a while back but he took it off the market and redecorated...which will cost the next owner 6.5 more million for the redecorations. Sounds like a rip off to me!!
