honestly I never knew how to respond to this video ... I was speechless for quit some time but I am curious how many people have watched this multiple times? I only ask cause I have watched this video at least 30 to 40 times now.

yea seriously they should cement his feet to the ground and force him to dance day and night - charge tourists to view him and its another source of revenue for the city
