Seems like whenever I hear about people talking about the staten island expressway there is always the mention of the word traffic. Personally there has never been a time when I have used that expressway and have not sat in traffic.

What could be done to the Staten Island Expressway to reduce traffic congestion? Any ideas?

I truly thank god I never have to go through Staten Island! The traffic on the SI Expressway is terrible and I am sure it always will be!
