Where to meet a nice single guy in manhattan?? - LocalApple

What places should I be going to, or even areas should I be going to if I want to find a nice single guy in Manhattan. I seem to have bad luck at this. Everyone tells me its the greatest thing to be single in New York City, but I have been for a while. Need some tender affection in my life as well.....so where do I go???

Fortunatly for you it must be a lot easier then being a single guy trying to meet a woman. I think every bar in manhattan must have single guys. But the best single guys...it depends. For a classy guy with cash go to the meat packing district or the bars in chelsea. But there are good guys in dive bars as well. In all truth your not gonna meet the guy of your dreams in a bar...well at least thats what I have been told. People go to bars with friends to have fun not so much as to meet their future spouse. So your best bet is to ask your friends or coworkers.

Lauren we can meet guys anywhere hun. To find the right one I wish you the best of luck. Even though this is a huge city w many 'good' guys, they are def NOT easy to find. Maybe we can find them on this site!!!

do you ever go to a singles meet and greet ... like in that movie the 40 year old virgin ... when they swap tables and you just sit there for like 5 min and talk to the person across from you ???

met a really cute guy (british) at 230 5th ave this past weekend at the rooftop bar. he bought me drinks and pampered me, was really nice. Unfortunately he is from London, so I cant see it lasting although I may fly out there to visit
