The Switch Building NYC
The Switch Building located on 109 Norfolk in the Lower East Side has apartments for sale. I believe some of the apartments are still undergoing construction. Dont quote me on it! But according to a previous post in out famous folk thread Jessica Alba appears to be buying an apartment here. Maybe that will give the dudes a reason to purchase. I know I'm already thinking about it!
 The LES has underwent serious modifications and the property value has increased. This is due to the demolition of housing projects in the surrounding areas as well as new vibrancy and youthfulness from within. |
