plain white billboards in times square
Here is the plain white billboard in times square....not sure who is paying the heavy expense to keep it plain but it is definitley eye catching.

there is no way that this billboard is still up in times square...marketers pay good money to advertise their products there....maybe it was plain for like a week tops!!!
