Default Café Una Notte - Rachael Ray and Bill Clinton

Ray and Clinton are opening up this restaurant on monday located on Washington Street. It will offer just one dinner service for 70 people to benefit Ray's nonprofit Yum-o! organization.

Having mastered the 30-minute meal and daytime television, Rachael Ray is on to her next challenge - childhood obesity.

With help from former President Bill Clinton, the celebrity chef known for cutesy phrases and a fast, freewheeling cooking style now is launching a charitable group that aims to help children eat healthier at home and in school.

Ray says The Yum-o! Organization (the name is drawn from one of her signature phrases) will work with schools to improve cafeteria food, create scholarships, educate parents about healthy eating and help fund charitable groups that feed needy children.

The school food overhaul - which Ray and Clinton announced April 26 on her syndicated talk show - involves teaming with the Alliance for a Healthier Generation, an effort by Clinton and the American Heart Association to clean up school food.

Talk show recap. May 13, 2008

RayRay is wearing a cleavage bearing top, skinny jeans. And her earrings. Big hoops with some pattern inside. I can't make out what it is. Looks like a mountain scene.

We start off with RayRay in the kitchen. She says it's smelling pretty good in here because they have a Stove top stuffing working here. We are doing a fast, faster, and fastest meal. HOORAY!!!! We're gonna make a chicken and stuffing and the same stuffing is going to be in all three meals. She says it's stove top stuffing, but it's a generic box.

Put apples in a roasting dish, nice sweet fennel and parsnips. Drizzle with the olive oil, and add olive oil on your chicken. Again she asks, " why not throw pepper anywhere, it's feeling left out." So she throws it over her right shoulder, audience claps and she says the pepper " thanks you for your support."

Celery, onion, and mushrooms in frying pan. Add apples, parsley and lemon zest. She sing songs, smelling good and audience claps. Add poultry seasoning. She repeats story of how she has tons of poultry seasoning. ZZZZZ. Add stuffing and stock, then nice spicy mustard at the end. It's the thing that makes them go, hmmmm what is that? Put fennel fronds on top. Goes into a serving dish.

She takes out chicken. Says, " isn't that a pretty baby, isn't it cute." Then says, " can you smell it through the TV?"

She goes on to blabber about more crap......

What I thought was nice was that she finally decided to show more skin!

And look at the photo I found of her ... this is how she should dress every time she attempts to cook ... if she doesn't her show is pretty pointless!
