More offices in Garment District
Today the NY Times http://www.nytimes.com/2007/02/15/ny...on&oref=slogin reported that restrictions to keep manufacturing space in the garment district are being loosened up. The laws that make landlords keep manufacturing space available are now void. Much of this is due to the manufacturing of garments over seas.
