I saw an article about exploring Brooklyn by Bus by using the B35 bus which starts at Mother Gaston Avenue (I believe in Brownsville) and goes all the way to Sunset park (an east to west trip) which take a total of 1 hours worth of time. When you arrive at your last stop on 39th street you can already smell the ocean air by the Bayonne Bridge. The total cost is a metro card (2 bucks) for one way trip. Of course then you have to go back, another 2 bucks.

sounds like the guy who wrote this article on onlytheblogknowsbrooklyn was having a blast as he was crossing the ghetto and having to scream out directions. he does mention how he sees a lot of fast food vegetarian restaurants and day care centers. i am sure any tourist from out of town will wanna do this trip

yea i was just putting this link out there for informative reasons about brooklyn. but this guy richard greyson should change the title to my personal journey - B35 bound. It def doesnt seem like the most exciting bus ride.
