Largest Apple Store in NYC - LocalApple

This is going to be the largest apple store in NYC located on W. 14th street and 9th avenue. Apple is leasing more then 32,000 square feet in the building on multiple level floors. The facility is even larger than Apple's 25,000 square foot midtown Manhattan retail store--the only Apple retail store to be open 24 hours a day--which is in the underground retail plaza of the General Motors Building on Fifth Avenue between 58th and 59th Street. It features a gigantic 32-foot glass cube as well as patented staircase. Apple recently remodeled and expanded Regent Store location in the UK, its largest retail store at just over 28,000 square feet.

Nice photo city.... i like that apple even has their own billboard amongst the building their renting. Good way to let everyone know where their next new york city location is. Genious!

Yea I am wishing I had stock in this company! Whats also kinda funny is that this apple store is right down the street from Google's NYC offices at least according to this Mac site.

The Apple Store on 5th Av. is in a glass Cube. Im sorry im new to the area and am curious as to what this looks like ... anyone have a photo of this store?

That is one bad ass looking apple store. I wonder how much Apple paid or IS paying to have this location. That would be interesting to know!

the grand opening of the new apple store in the meat packing district of manhattan ... how insane is that line??
