I went to the Trump site and his buildings wont be up till 2008. But there is a good deal if you buy preconstruction, a one bedroom start at 475k, not bad for living Trump style. Once the building is built, you def wont get anything at 425K or 475K....so if you can wait it out another full calendar year, then i suggest looking into it.

Yea that is a pretty sweet site Trump has there. Too bad I aint living in jersey city, although he does make it tempting. I also check the nynj path train site and his buildings will be built right next to exchange place in jersey city, so in all fairness it would be an easy commute into the city....but jersey city is not for me!
